Does Media Inspire Us or Do We Inspire Media?

A question I have come to ask myself is, "Does Media Inspire Us or Do We Inspire Media?". What I mean by this is, media puts out what they want to sell and they try and persuade us to buy it, but do they produce products hoping we will like it or do you think they do a lot of research and put a lot of work into finding what their audience wants. Now I know that sounds silly, OF COURSE THEY RESEARCH, but I mean, in all cases do they really? Do they ever just take a risk with a product and just throw it on the shelves?

Youtube Comedian

Youtube is a great place for people to place their videos and get noticed. GloZell L. Green is a comedian who puts her videos on youtube(over 800) and gets millions of hits. She has a Youtube, Facebook and Twitter page. A few minutes ago, I tried to add GloZell on Facebook and it told me she had too many friends, thus showing how popular she is! This woman is hilarious. I dare you to watch her videos and not laugh, I think it's impossible. She is so committed to what she does, she posts several videos daily and they never get old. My favorite videos from GloZell are: "Is that your breath, or did you just fart?", "Push up bra", "Bop it, Twist it, Pull it" and"Translate Kesha Tik Tok Lyrics".
